Description
Offroad Armor has finished developing the only Aluminum framed upper doors for the Honda Pioneer 1000 & 1000-5. These work with the existing OEM lower doors. The upper doors are mounted to Aluminum mounting plates that are bolted to the top of the door. The upper doors are made using 1/8″ aluminum and 1/8″ scratch resistant lexan polycarbonate. The rugged hinge design will allow it to stand up to the roughest trails.
The Honda Pioneer Aluminum upper doors offer effortless removal by unbolting four bolts that hold it to the mounting plates and lifting upper doors from the hinge. The mounting plates also double as a comfortable arm rest for the when the doors are removed.
